ETHIOPIA ACCEDES TO 1958 NEW YORK CONVENTION

On 13 February 2020, Ethiopia’s parliament approved accession to the 1958 Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (the “New York Convention” or the “Convention“).
