UK: New resources from Acas and government

Acas have published a guide on 'legal highs' and analysis of key workplace trends for 2016. The Department for Work and Pensions have produced a new guide: 'See Potential' including case studies and guidance for employers to recognise the potential within people regardless of their background. HMRC have issued guidance to employers about their national minimum wage checks. Read more
